Since 2006, Donald has been integral to the growth of e&s, a family-owned retail business that expanded from three stores in Victoria to a multi-state network of over 14 stores.

His roles have included:

● Advisor to the Board and Sinclair family

● Financial Controller, CFO, COO

● Currently: Head of Property—responsible for the selection, design and delivery of new stores

Donald played a pivotal role in:

● Streamlining accounting and treasury functions to take the business from 3 stores to 10

● Advising the board on business and family financial matters

● Structuring family shareholder buyout

● Negotiating the purchase of the Elite Appliances Vic business

● ERP System selection committee

● Steering the business as interim COO after restructure post 50/50 family ownership

● Delivered the sale of e&s to JB Hi-Fi Ltd,and managing the due diligence process
